作者采用热分析方法结合考察金相组织、三角试样,研究了热分析参数、共晶团数和白口倾向之间的关系。试验表明,共晶团数和白口倾向之间的关系比较复杂,共晶团数的增加,不一定导致白口的减小,关键还要看诸因素对石墨生长的影响。在某种意义上讲,Sb、Bi、RE、Ba、S等元素均可促进生核,但程度不同。在设计孕育剂时,应考虑诸元素对石墨生核和生长两方面的影响,以求最佳的配合。
The authors studied the relationship between thermal analysis parameters, the number of eutectic clusters and the tendency of white splotches by combining thermal analysis with microstructure and triangular samples. The experimental results show that the relationship between the number of eutectic and the tendency of white mouth is rather complicated. The increase of eutectic number does not necessarily lead to the decrease of whiteness. The key factor is the influence of various factors on the growth of graphite. In a sense, Sb, Bi, RE, Ba, S and other elements can promote nucleation, but to different degrees. In the design of inoculants, should consider the elements of graphite nucleation and growth in two ways, in order to seek the best cooperation.
