建筑工程项目是一项巨大的工程项目,其自身的特点决定了它的多风险性,因此,在进行建筑工程项目管理中必须要对风险管理予以重视,本人根据自己的工作经验,介绍了建筑工程项目风险的主特征,并在此基础上提出了建筑工程项目风险管理的一些措施。
The construction project is a huge engineering project. Its own characteristics determine its multi-risk. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to risk management in the management of construction project. I introduced the construction based on my own work experience. The main characteristics of project risks, and on this basis put forward some measures for risk management of construction projects.
