双柏县是楚雄彝族自治州的一个国家级贫困山区县。大庄乡距县城31公里,全乡总面积563平方公里,总人口2.66万,其中农业人口占97％,少数民族人口占总人口的52％,人均耕地1.2亩。根据近年来我们在大庄乡收集到的有关资料,就民族地区贫困农村医疗卫生服务问题作一分析,与国内同仁共同探讨贫困农村基层卫生事业发展之路。 一、资料采源与方法 1.在大庄乡14个村公所中,按不同经济状况及距离远近分好、中、差三层,每层随机抽取一个村公所,于1995年2月,对3个村公所(大庄村公所是其中之一)、165户农村居民、304人进行了家庭卫生服务调查。
Shuangbai County is a national poverty-stricken mountain county in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture. Dazhuang Township is 31 kilometers away from the county town. The township has a total area of 563 square kilometers and a total population of 26,600. Among them, the agricultural population accounts for 97%, the minority population accounts for 52% of the total population, and the per capita cultivated area is 1.2 acres. Based on relevant information collected in Dazhuang Township in recent years, we will analyze the health and medical services in poor rural areas in the ethnic minority areas and discuss the development path of poverty-stricken rural grassroots health services with domestic colleagues. I. Sources and methods of data acquisition 1. In the 14 village offices of Dazhuang Township, three levels of good, middle and poor were divided according to different economic conditions and distances. Each village randomly selected a village government office. In February 1995, it was One village government office (Dazhuang Village Office is one of them), 165 rural residents and 304 people conducted a survey of family health services.
