I will hold a working conference in Hangzhou from March 13 to March 18, 1983. During the meeting, delegates listened to the “Research Project on Integrated Prevention and Control of Water Pollution from the Canal in Hangzhou City” and relevant situations at the invitation of the relevant units, Inspection and discussion, and finally made a comprehensive speech by Comrade Fang Ziyun, vice chairman.
