目的掌握福建省医疗机构传染病报告质量管理情况,为其绩效考核及传染病报告率估算提供依据。方法用分层随机抽样法对各设区市抽样,对传染病报告质量管理督导检查调查报告进行描述性分析。结果 2004—2013年传染病报告率97.1%。漏报率2.9%,呈下降趋势;平均漏报率乡镇级最高(4.2%),县级最低(2.3%),省级2.4%,市级2.9%;门诊部漏报率(3.1%)比住院部(2.0%)高。报告及时率89.1%,报告卡填写完整率92.6%、准确率91.3%、一致率86.7%,综合评价指数92.8%。结论福建省各医疗机构传染病报告质量逐年提高,但报告及时率和报告卡填写完整率低于全国水平。报告质量督导检查重点在乡镇,报告及时性和报告卡填写质量有待提高。
Objective To grasp the quality control of infectious disease reporting in medical institutions in Fujian Province and provide evidence for performance appraisal and estimation of infectious disease reporting rate. Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to sample the districts and cities, and the descriptive analysis of the surveillance and investigation report of infectious disease reporting quality management was conducted. Results The reported rate of infectious diseases in 2004-2013 was 97.1%. The false negative rate was 2.9%, showing a downward trend. The average false negative rate was the highest in the township level (4.2%), the lowest in the county level (2.3%), the provincial level 2.4% and the municipal level 2.9% Inpatient Department (2.0%) High. The report promptly rate 89.1%, report card fill in the complete rate 92.6%, the accuracy rate of 91.3%, the concordance rate of 86.7%, the comprehensive evaluation index of 92.8%. Conclusion The quality of infectious disease reporting in medical institutions in Fujian Province has been increasing year by year, but the completion rate of reporting reports and the completion rate of reporting cards are lower than the national standard. The report quality supervision and inspection focus on the township, reporting timeliness and report card quality needs to be improved.
