农村基层干部作风存在的问题基础不牢,地动山摇。农村基层干部的作风状况如何,关系到党在农村路线方针政策能否落到实处,关系到基层政权的稳固,直接影响到党在人民群众中的形象。最近,我们先后深入文昌、琼海、万宁、澄迈、儋州、定安、屯昌、临高等8个市县14个乡镇15个村委会及一些经济社,召开座谈会,走访农户,就农村基层干部作风问题进行了专题调研。调研发现,一些农村基层干部在思想作风、生活作风和工作作风上存在的问题与当前农村工作面临的新形势新任务不相适应,与"三个 The basic problem of the rural grassroots cadres’ style of work is not strong enough to shake the ground.
