以La、Zr的无机盐作为先驱体,环氧丙烷和甲酰胺作为凝胶促进剂,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了分级多孔锆酸镧凝胶。采用SEM、BET等测试方法用不同凝胶促进剂对凝胶的孔结构影响进行分析,研究了2种凝胶促进剂对凝胶分级多孔结构的影响,发现环氧丙烷作为凝胶促进剂更有利于生成颗粒较小的骨架结构,同时有助于微介孔的形成,但干凝胶整体容易开裂;甲酰胺作为凝胶促进剂更易生成较大颗粒构成的骨架,不利于微介孔的形成,且容易生成La(OH)3沉淀,但凝胶的整体性相对较好;采用2种凝胶促进剂结合的方式可以制得结构良好、宏/介孔均匀的分级多孔结构,比表面积为10.05m2/g。
The porous lanthanum zirconate gel was prepared by sol - gel process using La and Zr inorganic salts as precursors, propylene oxide and formamide as gel accelerators. With the combination of two kinds of gel accelerators, a well-structured, macroporous / mesoporous hierarchical porous structure can be obtained. The specific surface area Is 10.05 m 2 / g.
