在学校管理实践中,长期以来见物不见人的现象非常突出,以人为本的管理理念亟待加强。“人本管理”在本质上是以促进教师自身自由、全面发展为根本目的的管理理念与管理模式,而其核心是个体心理目标结构的发展与个性的完善。那么如何实施“人本管理”呢?
