讨论和介绍112 电话故障自动受理系统的技术方案、各功能子系统及SC总线技术, 该112 自动语音受理系统已于1997 年9 月在广州市投入运行, 系统至今运行稳定。其技术的主要特点是基于UNIX操作系统的平台完成与交换机的中继接口、用户的呼入及来话自动排队处理(ACD), 同时通过系统模块化的设计较好地满足大话务量的用户呼入。此自动受理系统也可以应用在其它系统( 如114、170 等客户服务系统)中。
Discuss and introduce 112 technical solutions for automatic telephone breakdown reception system, various functional subsystems and SC bus technology. The 112 automatic voice reception system was put into operation in Guangzhou in September 1997, and the system has been running stably. The main features of its technology is based on the UNIX operating system platform to complete the switch with the relay interface, the user’s incoming call and incoming automatic queuing (ACD), while the system modular design to better meet the large amount of traffic User incoming. This automated receiving system can also be used in other systems (such as 114,170 customer service system).
