近年来随着中西文化交流的进一步发展,传统的英语阅读教学方法已经日益暴露出其不足之处。英语阅读教学已经不再是停留在简单地理解文章的字面意思的层面上,而应该深入到英语国家文化的学习。本文将从理论角度分析文化背景知识对于阅读的作用,首先提出目前中学英语教学中存在的问题,然后提出将文化知识融入到教学中去的原则和有效的措施。
In recent years, with the further development of Chinese and Western cultural exchanges, the traditional English reading teaching methods have increasingly exposed its shortcomings. English reading teaching is no longer stop at the simple understanding of the literal meaning of the article level, but should go deep into the learning of English-speaking countries. This paper analyzes the effect of cultural background knowledge on reading from the theoretical perspective. Firstly, it puts forward the existing problems in the current English teaching of middle school and then proposes the principles and effective measures to integrate cultural knowledge into teaching.
