1847年Vichow首先发现胆红素。1883年Ehrich发现胆红素的偶氮反应。1913~1916年H.Van Den Bergh用凡登伯试验发现直接和间接胆红素。1942年Fishcher与plienmger化学合成胆红素。1958年Watson将凡登伯试验应用于临床。近30年来国外对胆红素的研究很少,直至近几年随着生物化学、免疫学和放射学的进步,对于胆红素的分子结构和化学特性有了进一步了解,这对于了解胆红素的正常代谢和代谢异常时的临床联系具有重要意义。今
Vichow first discovered bilirubin in 1847. Ehrich discovered the azo reaction of bilirubin in 1883. From 1913 to 1916, H. Van Den Bergh found direct and indirect bilirubin with the Vandenberg test. 1942 Fishcher and plienmger chemically synthesize bilirubin. 1958 Watson Vanderbilt test for clinical use. In the past 30 years, few studies have been done on bilirubin in foreign countries. Until recent years, with the advances in biochemistry, immunology and radiology, the molecular structure and chemical properties of bilirubin have been further studied. The normal clinical metabolism of metabolic and metabolic abnormalities is of great significance. this
