采用 Oregon K野生型黑腹果蝇和 Wistar雄性老年鼠研究去氢表雄酮 (DHEA)抗衰老作用。结果 :DHEA可延长果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命 ,提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力 ,同时降低血中脂质过氧化物降解产物丙二醛 (MDA)的含量 ,这些结果表明 :DHEA具有抗衰老作用
Anti-aging effects of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) were studied using Oregon K wild-type Drosophila melanogaster and Wistar male aged mice. Results: DHEA could prolong the average lifespan and the highest lifespan of Drosophila melanogaster, increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood serum and decrease the malondialdehyde (MDA) content of blood lipid peroxidation degradation products.
