缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)是哺乳动物心脏最主要的连接蛋白,它在心脏发育及心脏疾病中具有重要意义。缺血预处理(ischemic preconditioning,IPC)和缺血后处理(ischemic postconditioning,IPOC)是最强的两种缺血心肌内源性保护方法。研究表明,Cx43对IPC及IPOC心脏保护具有重要调控作用。本文就Cx43在心脏缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤及其保护作用的研究进展予以综述。
Connexin 43 (Cx43) is the most prominent connexin in the mammalian heart and is of great importance in cardiac development and heart disease. Ischemic preconditioning (IPC) and ischemic postconditioning (IPOC) are the strongest two endogenous protective methods for ischemic myocardium. Studies have shown that Cx43 plays an important regulatory role in IPC and IPOC cardioprotection. This article reviews the research progress of Cx43 in myocardial ischemia / reperfusion (I / R) injury and its protective effect.
