基于面齿轮的生成原理,应用VERICUT软件对面齿轮插齿加工进行了仿真加工。首先,根据齿轮啮合原理,对正交面齿轮齿面方程进行了推导;其次,利用Matlab软件设计了面齿轮与插齿刀具的尺寸参数;最后,基于VERICUT软件加工平台,设计了完整的面齿轮插齿加工仿真流程,得到面齿轮仿真加工的实体模型,验证了数控插齿加工面齿轮的正确性。
Based on the generation principle of face gear, the gear processing of face gear was simulated by VERICUT software. First of all, according to the principle of gear meshing, the gear surface equation of orthogonal gear is deduced. Secondly, the size parameters of face gear and plug gear cutter are designed by using Matlab software. Finally, based on VERICUT software processing platform, The simulation process of the gear cutting and the solid model of the face gear simulation are validated, which verifies the correctness of the gears on the CNC gear cutting face.
