第二讲声振诊断技术由于机械振动引起的波能够声反映出机械的特性和它们所处的工作状态,多少年来一直被人们用来监测机械状态和故障,只是过去是靠人的听、触觉来感受这种振动和声音,而后凭人的经验进行判断。这就是最简单的简易诊断法。近年来随着非电量测技术、信号处理和分析技术以及计算技术的发展,使声振监测和故障诊断技术推向了一个新的水平。本讲只将声振信号的类型、特征参数及其诊断方法、监测和诊断系统作一简单介绍。
