黄连解毒汤是《外台秘要》方.由黄连、黄芩、黄柏、栀子四味药组成.临床上对毒热充斥三焦而发生大热烦扰,吐衄发斑,外科疗痈等邪热聚滞确有效验的一个代表方剂.后世在辨证施治的思想指导下,依据它的基本原则和异病同治的精神稍有加减,能治疗多种内、外、五官等科病证.如疗痈疖毒、痢疾、热淋、瘀热发黄以及肺炎、气管炎、蚕豆黄等病.我们在学习前人经验的基础上,结合临床个别病例作一简单介绍与粗浅体会.
