党的十六大以来,一些县(市、区)在进行新一轮党代会常任制试点过程中,不断进行制度创新,呈现出许多新的特点。总结这些经验特点,对于进一步推进党代会常任制试点工作的顺利开展具有重要的指导意义。
Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC, some counties (cities and districts) have continuously carried out system innovation during the pilotation of a new round of permanent representativeness of the party congress, showing many new characteristics. Summarizing these experiences and characteristics is of great guiding significance for the smooth implementation of the pilot work of the party representative permanent system.
