在夹具制造中,有时根据某一方面的要求,不得不增加一些基准面作为工艺基准面,以保证零件的质量。在一些复杂的零件加工中,还较多地采用一些附加工艺基准。所谓附加主要是指对那些在零件设计图上所没有的点、线、面或尺寸精度不高、光洁度较低的面,由于加工需要而进行了补充,增加了一些工艺孔、工艺面或提高工艺基准的尺寸精度和表面光洁度来帮助我们进行找正和测量。文中论述了选择工艺基准和附加工艺基准的原则,并用实例加以说明。正确选择工艺基准和附加工艺基准,不仅能确保零件质量,而且大大加快了制造夹具的进度,是一种经济合理、行之有效的方法。
