作者研究冷却方式对义齿塑料试样表面状况的影响,用30×50×10mm大小的石膏模型,制备30×50×10mm大小的塑料试样共22份,其中14份(对照组)使型盒自然冷却,8份用冷水冲洗使型盒冷却。然后用分度为0.001mm的指示器测定石膏模型和塑料试样表面的状况,每份试样测定20个点计算平均值。
The author studied the effect of cooling mode on the surface condition of denture plastic samples. Twenty-two plastic samples of 30 × 50 × 10mm were prepared by using a gypsum model of 30 × 50 × 10mm. 14 of them (control group) Natural cooling, 8 parts with cold water to cool the box. The index of 0.001mm was then used to determine the condition of the gypsum model and the surface of the plastic sample. The average of 20 points for each sample was calculated.
