当前,随着国民经济的快速发展,建筑行业的发展脚步也不断加快,建筑工程施工项目管理已经成为了备受社会大众关注的焦点问题。而建筑行业间的竞争也是日趋激烈,为了使建筑企业在竞争中占有一席之地,必须保证建筑工程质量及安全,使建筑物能满足人们的日常生活及工作需要,提高建筑企业的经济实力。因此,做好建筑施工项目管理工作是十分必要的。
At present, with the rapid development of the national economy, the pace of development in the construction industry is accelerating. Construction project management has become the focus of much public concern. The competition between the construction industry is also increasingly fierce.
