讨论了急性右室梗塞4例与左室梗塞30例的血流动力学资料及其临床意义:①右室充盈压(RVFP)分别为14±0.98与5.3±0.12mmHg,两组间P<0.001;②左室充盈压(LVFP)分别为13.67±1.55与18.16±0.17mmHg,两组间P<0.001;③RVFP/LVFP的比值为1.07±0.05与0.32±0.01,两组间P<0.001。右室梗塞病例的心电图常呈急性下壁梗塞图形,同时伴有V_3R—V_6R导联上ST段抬高≥0.1毫伏与异常Q波。
The hemodynamic data of 4 cases of acute right ventricular infarction and 30 cases of left ventricular infarction were discussed and their clinical significance was as follows: (1) The right ventricular filling pressure (RVFP) were 14 ± 0.98 and 5.3 ± 0.12mmHg, P <0.001 ; LVFP were 13.67 ± 1.55 and 18.16 ± 0.17mmHg respectively, with P <0.001; the ratio of RVFP / LVFP was 1.07 ± 0.05 and 0.32 ± 0.01, P <0.001 between the two groups. Right ventricular infarction ECG ECG often showed acute inferior wall infarction pattern, accompanied by V_3R-V_6R lead ST segment elevation ≥ 0.1 mV and abnormal Q wave.
