目的观察二陈汤对慢性支气管炎(简称慢支)大鼠模型肺功能及病理变化的影响。方法采用香烟烟雾加脂多糖(LPS)制备慢支大鼠模型,依据肺功能、病理变化评价慢支大鼠模型是否成功;大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、急支糖浆组、二陈汤低、中、高剂量组。正常组、模型组灌胃生理盐水(6 m L),急支糖浆组灌胃太极急支糖浆[12 g/(kg·d)],二陈汤治疗组分别灌胃[2.45、4.9、9.8 g/(kg·d)],连续14 d。观察二陈汤对慢支大鼠模型肺功能、病理变化的影响。结果与正常组比较,模型组肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、最大呼气中期流速(MMF)、用力呼气流量FEF25-75均显著降低(均P<0.01),模型组组织结构基本符合慢支病理特征。与模型组比较,二陈汤高、中剂量组FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,MMF和FEF25-75显著升高(均P<0.05),组织形态损伤较轻。结论二陈汤能改善肺组织结构,提高肺功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Erchen Decoction on lung function and pathological changes in chronic bronchitis model rats. Methods The rat model of chronic bronchitis was established by using cigarette smoke and lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The rats were divided into normal control group, model group, Chen Tang low, medium and high dose group. In the normal group, the model group was given saline (6 m L) and the acute bronchitis syrup group was administrated with Taiji imperative syrup [12 g / (kg · d)]. Erchen decoction group was given gavage [2.45,4.9,9.8 g / (kg · d)] for 14 days. Observe the effects of Erchen Decoction on lung function and pathological changes of chronic bronchitis model rats. Results Compared with the normal group, the FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC, MMF, forced expiratory flow FEF25-75 in model group were significantly decreased (all P < 0.01). The histological structure of model group was basically consistent with the pathological features of chronic bronchitis. Compared with the model group, the FEH, FVC, FEV1 / FVC, MMF and FEF25-75 of Erchen decoction group were significantly increased (all P <0.05), and the histological lesion was lighter. Conclusion Erchen Tang can improve lung tissue structure and improve lung function.
