测定钢铁中碳、硫用的管式燃烧炉一般均采用硅碳棒加热元件,但升温时间长,需要2~2.5小时。用大电流快速升温易使硅碳棒断裂。采用了山东省生建八三厂生产的硅碳管(图1),自制了硅碳管燃烧炉,经过长时间的实践,取得了效果。硅碳管具有良好的耐急冷急热性能,发热均匀,升温快,一次就可升到较大的电流(12A~20A),在0.5~1小时就可升到工作温度。

The silicon-carbon tube burning furnace was made by ourselves. After a long time of practice, the effect has been achieved. Silicon carbon tube has a good resistance to cold and heat performance, uniform heat, fast heating, once you can rise to a larger current (12A ~ 20A), in 0.5 to 1 hour can rise to the operating temperature.
