目的　评价团注跟踪造影技术在下肢血管疾病的应用。方法　使用SIEMENSCOROSKOPPLUS数字减影血管造影系数检查了 10例下肢血管团注跟踪造影 ,其中的 4例还进行了常规DSA。结果　本法一次注射造影剂可跟踪显示一侧下肢动脉的全程。结论　下肢血管团注跟踪造影技术较其它方法获得的信息量大 ,造影剂用量少 ,检查时间短 ,具有快捷 ,准确而且有效的优点 Objective To evaluate the application of follow-up contrast angiography in lower extremity vascular diseases. Methods The SIEMENSCOROSKOPPLUS digital subtraction angiography coefficient was used to examine 10 cases of lower extremity vascular grouping and follow-up angiography, of which 4 cases were also performed conventional DSA. Results of this method can be followed by an injection of contrast agent shows the whole side of the lower extremity artery. CONCLUSIONS: Lower limb vascular bolus contrast angiography is more informative than other methods, with less contrast media and shorter exam time, which is quick, accurate and effective
