前列腺疾病是老年人的一种常见瘸、多发病,尤以老年男性为多。由于老年人身体机能衰弱,抗病能力差,一旦患了此病,会不同程度地影响身心健康,所以预防此病的发生就显得尤为重要。一、适度锻炼。适度地进行体育锻炼,通过大腿、臀部、腹部的运动,可使前列腺得到按摩,促进血液循环和淋巴循环,保健作用十分显著。最适合老年人锻炼的办法是每天早晨坚持25—35分钟的慢跑。二、切忌过劳。锻炼、工作、劳动都要适度,过劳则伤中气,中气不足会造成排尿无力而易引发尿潴留。另外,久坐也会使阴部充血,引起排尿困难。
