如果说译制片是一门艺术，肯定没有异议。但如果要说 译制片也需要进行创作，难免有人质疑。译制片还存在创作 吗？它不就是将原片中的人物对白从外语转换成汉语或将 方言（或少数民族语言）转换成普通话吗？连一些影视界业 内人士，甚至是配音从业者，也对配音的创作意识不够
If we say that translation film is an art, there is certainly no objection. However, if you want to say that translation also needs to be created, it is inevitable that some people question it. Is there any creative work in translation? Does not it translate the characters in the original film from foreign language to Chinese or dialect (or minority language) into Mandarin?
