对原发性开角型青光眼34例、低眼压性青光眼31例及正常对照组90例进行彩色多普勒图象研究,测量双眼眼动脉、视纲膜中央动脉、睫状后动脉的收缩期血流速度(peaksystolicvelocity,PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(end-diastolicvelocity,EDV)、计算阻力指数(resistiveindex,RI)。青光眼病人与正常对照组,结果表明:原发性开角型青光眼及低眼压性青光眼两组,双眼视网膜中央动脉PSV均值降低,EDV均值降低,RI升高;原发性开角型青光眼组右眼睫状后动脉RI升高。统计学处理有显著性差异,P<0.05。
Color Doppler imaging was performed in 34 cases of primary open-angle glaucoma, 31 cases of low-tension glaucoma, and 90 cases of normal control group. The contractions of bilateral ophthalmic arteries, central retinal membrane and ciliary artery were measured Peak systolicvelocity (PSV), end-diastolic velocity (EDV), and resistive index (RI) were calculated. Glaucoma patients and normal control group, the results showed that: the two groups of primary open angle glaucoma and low tension glaucoma, binocular central retinal artery PSV mean decreased, mean EDV decreased, RI increased; primary open-angle glaucoma group Right eye ciliary artery RI increased. Statistical analysis showed significant difference, P <0.05.
