以旋转式高速水稻插秧机的移箱机构为研究对象,通过将行程h选取为显性设计参数,推演得到系列动力学/运动学公式,给出冲击强度、耐磨强度条件,构造绘制k-xb,Fsmax-xb,T-xb,Φ-xb二维曲线和k-xb-h,Fsmax-xb-h,T-xb-h,Φ-xb-h三维曲面,据此提出截平面法,得到满足冲击强度的三维解曲面、xb-h曲线和二维解域,揭示出移箱机构在整个减速段的动力学行为和过程,进而提出满足冲击强度、耐磨强度等条件的机构一般解、最优解的求解理论和方法。
