新生入馆教育是图书馆与新生互动的启蒙教育,而培训讲座是其中最重要的环节之一,效果好坏将影响到新生大学4年利用图书馆的程度。哈尔滨工业大学(威海)对新生培训内容精心优化,以新生为中心,增强入馆教育的互动性和实用性。具体措施为:利用毕业生的遗憾引出读书与图书馆的重要性,采用视频与现场操作相结合的方式进行体验式教学,利用名校情结推广网络免费资源——公开课,并将数字资源分散进行推荐。
