一般都是用有色金属的合金来作为减摩材料,其中最主要的就是铜和白合金.世界各国由于工业发展,有色金属的用途大而资源有限,都在想尽一切办法利用黑色金属,铝合金或非金属材料来代替缺乏的有色金属,特别是铜.我国由于目前铜的产量不多,而电气工业方面等的需要量很大,如果利用黑色金属来代替部分在减摩方面所用的铜,是一个在目前实际可行的办法,也是一个非常迫切的任务.“铸工”杂志去年曾介招了一些国内外的先进经验.但是值得指出的是,不论是国内和国外,在这方面的研究工作还是此较少.对我们来说在节约铜的方面潜力还很大,应该对这个工作特别加以重视.下面拟介绍一些国外的新经验,供大家参考.
