目的探讨脑内原发性淋巴瘤的CT、MRI影像学特征及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析15例经病理证实的脑内原发性淋巴瘤的CT、MRI资料。结果病灶单发12例,多发3例。共18个病灶,其中幕上16个,幕下2个。CT平扫表现为等或稍高密度,4个密度均匀,2个密度不均匀。MRI平扫T1WI呈等或稍低信号,T2WI呈高信号,12个信号均匀,3个信号不均匀。CT及MRI增强扫描均见肿瘤均匀或不均匀强化;瘤周多为轻、中度水肿。结论原发性脑淋巴瘤影像表现具有一定的特征性,认真分析其特点,在术前作出正确诊断完全可能。
Objective To investigate the CT and MRI features and their diagnostic value of intracerebral primary lymphoma. Methods The CT and MRI data of 15 patients with pathologically confirmed primary lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results lesions in 12 cases single, multiple in 3 cases. A total of 18 lesions, of which 16 on the screen, screen 2. CT scan showed equal or slightly higher density, 4 uniform density, 2 density uneven. MRI plain T1WI was equal or slightly lower signal, T2WI showed high signal, 12 signal uniformity, 3 signal is not uniform. CT and MRI enhanced scan showed uniform or uneven tumor enhancement; tumor mostly mild to moderate edema. Conclusions The imaging features of primary brain lymphoma have certain characteristics. It is possible to make a correct diagnosis before surgery by carefully analyzing its characteristics.
