我们的世界是运动的,因此对运动的测控有着广泛的应用。但过去,机械式传感器价格昂贵,寿命也有限,因此被局限在某些高端应用。采用 MEMS技术实现的加速度传感器不仅可靠性和寿命大幅提升,可以承受巨大的冲击力,并且可与采用标准 CMOS 工艺的处理电路相结合,从而形成大批量生产能力,在集成度和成本方面也都有质的飞跃。
Our world is sports, so the monitoring and control of the movement has a wide range of applications. But in the past, mechanical sensors were expensive and had limited life expectancy and were therefore limited to some high-end applications. Accelerometers based on MEMS technology offer not only increased reliability and longevity, but also huge shocks that can be combined with processing circuitry using standard CMOS processes to create high volume production capabilities, both in terms of integration and cost A qualitative leap.
