用脉冲气相色谱法研究了烷基芳烃的转化反应。发现以浙江缙云产的丝光沸石作成氢型丝光沸石催化剂时,只能活性较低发生二甲苯异构化反应。合成的氢型丝光沸石催化剂可以同时催化甲苯歧化和二甲苯异构化反应。当间二甲苯溶液浓度为17.7摩尔%时,苯的收率下降不大,而邻、对位二甲苯收率明显地提高。实验结果可由氢型丝光沸石催化剂的酸强度、酸量、酸中心类型以及沸石晶体孔结构的空间效应与反应机理予以说明。
The conversion of alkylaromatics was studied by pulsed gas chromatography. Found that the production of mordenite Jinyun Zhejiang hydrogen-type mordenite catalyst, the only active lower xylene isomerization reaction. The synthesized hydrogen type mordenite catalyst can catalyze toluene disproportionation and xylene isomerization simultaneously. When the concentration of m-xylene solution is 17.7mol%, the yield of benzene decreases little, while the yield of o-and p-xylene increases obviously. The experimental results can be explained by the acidity, acidity, type of acid sites, and the spatial and zeolite pore structure of the hydrogen-type mordenite catalyst.
