一、概况气压传动系统中的各种气动元件对压缩空气的质量都有一定要求,即对其中的含水量、含油量、含尘量及其颗粒大小,都要控制在一定的范围内。而野外工作的气压传动系统对压缩空气中的水汽含量尤为敏感,冬季到来,由于环境温度变化,水汽凝析成水结冰,使气压元件及输气管路冻结,造成整个气压传动系统无法工作。
I. Overview Pneumatic drive system in a variety of pneumatic components on the quality of compressed air have certain requirements, namely the water content, oil content, dust content and particle size, must be controlled within a certain range. However, the pressure transmission system in the field is particularly sensitive to the moisture content in the compressed air. Since winter, due to the change of the ambient temperature, the water vapor condenses into water and frozes, causing the air pressure components and the gas pipeline to freeze.
