医学媒介生物是一类严重危害人类健康的生物,可以传播多种传染病。目前,人类的传染病有几百种,其中三分之二的传染病与医学媒介生物有直接或间接关系。全世界每年至少有几百万直接通过医学媒介生物传播的疾病病例,对人类的健康构成严重威胁。媒介生物性疾病的预防控制,一靠疫苗免疫接种,二靠媒介生物控制。对于还没有疫苗的媒介生物性疾病,控制媒介生物则是唯一可行的预防措施。本文作者就医学媒介生物种类、医学媒介生物传播传染病的方式、医学媒介生物传播传染病的流行特征、医学媒介生物携带病原体种类与传播的主要传染病、医学媒介生物控制进行了论述。
Medical vector organisms are a group of organisms that pose a serious risk to human health and can spread a variety of infectious diseases. At present, there are hundreds of human infectious diseases, of which two thirds of infectious diseases are directly or indirectly related to medical vector organisms. Every year, at least millions of cases of diseases transmitted directly through the medical media in the world pose a serious threat to human health. Prevention and control of vector biological diseases, one by vaccine immunization, and two by vector control. For vector-borne diseases where no vaccine is available, controlling vector organisms is the only viable prophylaxis. The author discusses the types of medical vector organisms, the way of infectious diseases of medical media, the epidemiological characteristics of vector-borne diseases, the types and spread of pathogenic organisms in medical vectors, and the biological control of medical vectors.
