在2016年召开的教育改革小组会议中,教育部颁发的《关于全面升华课程改革落实立德树人根本任务的意见》(以下简称《意见》)明确提出“坚持学科教育理念,促进全面发展”的指导方针。因而,在体育教学的实践中,教师要把培养学生的体质健康素养作为体育教学的重要目标,将体质健康的培养与体育学科教学内容有机融合,在体育教学的过程中,探索符合学生身心发展的有效的教学方法和教学模式。因此,本文随机选取我校初二到高二各个阶段的学生作为实验调查对象,在体育教学时,以增强学生的体质健康为指导,探索符合全面发展教育理念的教学模式。

In the teaching of physical education, we should enhance the students’ physical health as a guide and explore the teaching mode in line with the concept of all-round development of education.
