2013年9月,中共中央颁布了《2013—2017年全国干部教育培训规划》,对今后5年干部教育培训工作的指导思想、总体要求、培训内容、培训对象、培训能力建设等方面提出了明确要求,特别是突出了全面深化干部教育培训改革、全面提升干部教育培训质量等要求,通过理念思路、机制体制、模式方式、校风学风等方面的不断改革创新,为开拓新一轮干部教育培训工作的新境界指明了方向。
