1993年7月,复旦大学附属中山医院汤钊猷、孙肪宪、田健、叶胜龙、刘银坤等15人,由国家重点基础研究发展规划、美国中华医学会(CMB)基金等项目资助,进行了研究。 建立高转移人肝癌裸鼠模型(LCI-D20)及低转移人肝癌裸鼠模型(LCI-D35),移植成功率均达100%.能稳定传代。建立高转移人肝癌细胞系MHCC97,为典型多边形上皮细胞,分泌AFP,细胞倍增时间约31小时,细胞基本生物学特性稳定,已在体外连续传代2年,传120代后冻存。裸鼠原位及肝内注射后,潜伏期15-20天,肿瘤生长率100%,自发转移率100%。
In July 1993, 15 people including Tang Zhaoyu, Sun Daxian, Tian Jian, Ye Shenglong and Liu Yinkun from Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were studied by the National Key Basic Research and Development Program and the American Chinese Medical Association (CMB) Fund. To establish a highly metastatic human hepatocellular carcinoma model (LCI-D20) and a low metastatic human hepatocellular carcinoma model (LCI-D35), the successful rate of transplantation reached 100%. To establish a highly metastatic human hepatoma cell line MHCC97, which is a typical polygonal epithelial cell and secretes AFP. The cell doubling time is about 31 hours. The cells have stable basic biological characteristics and have been continuously passaged for 2 years in vitro and stored for 120 generations. Nude mice in situ and intrahepatic injection, the incubation period of 15-20 days, the tumor growth rate of 100%, spontaneous metastasis rate of 100%.
