当前,我国经济社会发展中需要的高等实用型人才比较缺乏,而我国的高职教育起步较晚,传统的应试教育模式造成职业学校教育毕业生与社会产业、行业和岗位需求不相应,一方面导致职业教育毕业生大量剩余,找不到工作,另一方面,急需的岗位又急等招人。学能致用,以用导学作为职业高校培育职业人才的着力点和关键点,是高职院校可持续发展,良性建设的朝阳之路。笔者作为一名从事高职教育的教师,在此提出一些浅见。
