[目的]对泌尿生殖系统感染的支原体培养和药敏试验,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。[方法]采用珠海黑马生物工程有限工司生产的支原体培养鉴定及药敏配套试剂,对男性泌尿生殖道感染3765例及要求检查863例进行支原体培养和药敏试验。[结果]4628例中培养出解脲支原体(Uu)955例(20.64%),人型支原体(Mh)166例(3.59%);红霉素、罗红霉素、阿齐霉素、克拉霉素的耐药率都有升高,红霉素的耐药率最高,分别是84.8%和97.6%;氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、左氧沙星、司帕沙星的耐药率也较高,而交沙霉素、四环素、强力霉素、美满霉素耐药率较低,其中交沙霉素的耐药率仅4.1%和9.6%。[结论]在男性泌尿生殖系统感染中,支原体是不可忽视的重要病原体之一,治疗前应常规进行支原体培养并根据药敏结果选择敏感药物。
[Objective] Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test of genitourinary tract infection provide reliable basis for clinical treatment. [Method] With 3765 cases of genitourinary tract infection and 863 cases of male genitourinary tract infection, mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test were conducted with Mycoplasma hominis produced by Zhuhai Herma Bioengineering Limited Company. [Results] 952 (20.64%) UU and 166 (3.59%) Mycoplasma hominis strains were cultured in 4628 cases; erythromycin, roxithromycin, azithromycin, The resistance rate of erythromycin and erythromycin were the highest, 84.8% and 97.6% respectively. The resistance rates of ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and sparfloxacin But also higher, and josamycin, tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline drug resistance rate is low, jasamycin resistance rate of only 4.1% and 9.6%. [Conclusion] Mycoplasma is one of the important pathogens that can not be ignored in the male genitourinary system infection. Mycoplasma culture should be routinely conducted before treatment and the sensitive drugs should be selected based on the drug susceptibility results.
