目的 :研究血压平滴鼻剂对高血压病患者的作用 ;方法 :用WZD -多部位微循环显微镜观察 30例高血压患者用血压平滴鼻剂前及用药后一周外周微循环功能的变化 ,同时测定病人的血压和心率 ;结果 :(1)30例病人用药一周后 ,甲襞微循环、球结膜微循环的积分值及甲襞微循环的形态、流态积分值都降低 (都为P <0 0 0 1) ;同时血压下降 ,心率减慢 (都为P <0 0 0 1)。 (2 ) 11例Ⅰ期高血压患者的甲襞微循环、球结膜微循环的积分值及甲襞微循环的形态、流态积分值都降低 (分别为P <0 0 0 1,P <0 0 0 1,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 0 2 ) ;17例Ⅱ期高血压患者的甲襞微循环、球结膜微循环的积分值及甲襞微循环的形态、流态积分值也都降低 (都为P <0 0 0 1) ;2例Ⅲ期高血压患者仅甲襞微循环的流态积分值降低 (P <0 0 0 1)。 (3)Ⅰ期高血压患者收缩压及舒张压均下降 (都为P <0 0 0 1) ,心率减慢 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ;Ⅱ期高血压患者心率减慢 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :血压平滴鼻剂在降压的同时 ,能明显改善高血压患者的外周微循环功能状态 ,对Ⅱ期高血压效果尤佳。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of blood pressure ping nose nasal drops on patients with essential hypertension. Methods: The changes of peripheral microcirculation before and after one week of administration of blood pressure ping nose in 30 hypertensive patients were observed by WZD - At the same time, the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients were measured. Results: (1) After 30 weeks of treatment, the integrated value of microcirculation of formazan, the conjunctival microcirculation and the microcirculation of formazan decreased (all P <0 0 0 1). At the same time, blood pressure decreased and heart rate slowed down (all P <0 0 01). (2) The scores of formazan microcirculation, conjunctival microcirculation and formazan microcirculation in 11 patients with stage I hypertension were lower (P <0.01, P <0 0 0 1, P 0 01, P 0 01 0). The scores of formazan microcirculation, bulbar conjunctival microcirculation and formazan microcirculation in 17 patients with stage II hypertension were significantly lower than those of control (P <0.01). Only 2 patients with stage III hypertension had only a lower flow state score in the microcirculation of formazan (P <0.01). (3) The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients with stage I hypertension decreased (all P <0.01), the heart rate slowed down (P <0.05); the heart rate of patients with stage II hypertension decreased 0 5). Conclusion: BPH nose drops can significantly improve the functional status of peripheral microcirculation in hypertensive patients at the same time of lowering blood pressure.
