干部任用初始提名是干部选拔任用工作的初始程序,也是决定干部选拔任用工作质量的重要环节。党的十七大提出要“规范干部任用提名制度”。近年来,浙江省以推行党委全委会成员推荐提名重要干部制度为突破口,积极探索规范干部任用初始提名工作,在扩大干部工作民主,提高选人用人公信度上取得了较好的效果。 The initial appointment of cadres is the initial procedure for selecting and appointing cadres and is also an important part of determining the quality of cadres’ selection and appointment.
