近年来,随着新课程教学改革和小学教育改革的深入发展,创新与发展的思想开始深入到小学教育管理实践中,尤其是在传统教育管理机制的改革势在必行。在当前的形势下,只有仅仅抓住小学教育管理改革的重点所在,实现小学教育管理科学化、专业化、现代化,方能够为教育管理改革质量提升和学生全面发展打下坚实的基础。在本文的研究过程中,笔者将充分结合自身的小学教育管理经验,对新课程背景下小学教育改革的重点展开分析,并根据新时期小学教育教学改革的客观要求,提出相应的教育管理策略,为后续教育管理和教育质量提升打下坚实的基础。
In recent years, along with the in-depth development of new curriculum reform and primary education reform, the ideas of innovation and development have been deepening into primary education management practice, especially in the reform of traditional education management mechanism. Under the current situation, only by grasping the key point of primary education management reform and realizing the scientific, professional and modern primary education management can lay a solid foundation for the improvement of education management reform and the all-round development of students. In the process of this article, I will fully analyze my primary education management experience and analyze the key points of primary education reform in the context of new curriculum. According to the objective requirements of primary education reform in the new era, I will put forward corresponding education management strategies, Lay a solid foundation for follow-up education management and education quality improvement.
