(续上期)3.3以施工质量为目标函数选择机群依据:《公路工程技术标准》(JT101—88),《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTJ032—94)。根据实地调研考察证实,路面质量不符合要求和路面使用寿命缩短往往是由于基层、底层未达到质量要求所致。目前尚未发现路基合格而路面不合格的实例。
