目的初步掌握和了解宁海县所属象山港、三门湾海域生物性污染状况和各种贝壳类小海产品的卫生质量现状,为我县海产品安全风险评估,海水养殖业可持续发展战略提供可靠的科学依据。方法 4个监测区内设置6个点,定期采集海水、海涂泥及贝壳类小海产品进行检测。结果 2011年-2012年象山港、三门湾海水粪大肠菌群平均达标率分别为27.08%、61.46%。贝壳类小海产品粪大肠菌群合格率分别为16.67%、55.56%。副溶血性弧菌检出率分别为86.96%、91.30%。结论象山港、三门湾海域海水中粪大肠菌群达标率低,贝壳类海产品粪大肠菌群合格率较低、致病性弧菌检出率高,存在一定程度的生物性污染。
Objective To initially understand and understand the status of biological contamination of Xiangshan Port and Sanmen Bay waters and the quality of the sanitary products of various seashells in Ninghai County, so as to provide reliable assessment of the safety risk assessment of marine products and the sustainable development of marine aquaculture in our county Scientific basis. Methods Six monitoring points were set up in the four monitoring areas. Seawater, sea mud and seashells were collected regularly for testing. Results The average compliance rates of fecal coliform bacteria in Xiangshan Port and Sanmen Bay in 2011 and 2012 were 27.08% and 61.46% respectively. Shellfish seafood faecal coliform clearance rate was 16.67%, 55.56%. Vibrio parahaemolyticus detection rates were 86.96%, 91.30%. Conclusions The compliance rate of feal coliform in seawater of Xiangshan Harbor and Sanmen Bay waters is low, the passing rate of shellfish colony of feal coliform is low, and the detection rate of pathogenic vibrio is high, and there is a certain degree of biological pollution.
