通过对 4 5mm管径、水平放置圆管内油气水三相流流型的实验研究 ,采用实验方法整理出vsg- vsl平面流型图 ;从双流体模型基本方程出发 ,通过动力学分析 ,对水平管内油气水三相流动中各流型间相互转变的机理和预报模型进行了研究 ,得到了 4种基本流型间相互转变的预报关系式 ,并与实验结果进行比较 ,两者符合良好 .当油气水三相流中的油水乳化液处于 O/W型时 ,含油率对流型转换的影响很小 ,油水可作为一相来处理 .
Through the experimental research on the flow pattern of oil-gas-water three-phase flow in a 4 mm tube diameter and horizontal tube, the vsg- vsl plane flow pattern is sorted out experimentally. Based on the two-fluid model basic equations, The mechanism and forecasting model of mutual change among the flow patterns in oil-gas-water three-phase flow in the pipe were studied, and the forecasting relations among the four basic flow patterns were obtained and compared with the experimental results. When the oil-water emulsion in oil-gas-water three-phase flow is in O / W type, the influence of oil content on flow pattern conversion is small, and oil-water can be treated as one phase.
