肝切除是治疗肝癌的最好方法，且已在国内外广泛展开。原发性肝癌的再次切除是肝癌治疗史上的里程碑，是近年来开展的新业务，它可使患者1、3、5年生存率大大提高。作者从自己实施的病例联系国内外的有关资料说明原发性肝癌的再次切除是某些肝癌术后肝内复发患者的最佳治疗措施，值得推广应用。此外，作者就再次切除论述了其指征、术式的选择、手术显露、麻醉选择及其临床意义。
