辐射井产水量减少的主要原因是渗流途径不畅,表现在井底过滤层堵塞、辐射管诱蚀、渗水孔堵塞、砂层淤塞和河流改道。修复改造辐射井主要是通过重新铺设井底反滤层、增打或加长辐射管、大修渗水孔、铲除井周围的淤积层和埋没渗渠等办法。通过对泌阳县和油田等几口井的修复改造,产水量可增产数倍,仅用打井投资的1/3~1/5,即可使一口废旧井焕发青春。
The main reason for the decrease of water production in the radiation wells is the poor percolation pathways, which are manifested in the blockage of the bottom hole filter layer, the radiant tube erosion, the seepage hole blockage, the sand blockage and the river diversion. Repair and reconstruction of the radiation wells mainly through the re-laying of the bottom of the filter layer, increase or lengthen the radiation tube, overhaul the water hole, eroded siltation around the well and buried infiltration channels and other methods. By rehabilitating several wells such as Biyang County and oil fields, the water production can be increased several times. Only 1/3 ~ 1/5 of well investment can be used to rejuvenate a waste well.
