近年来有关脐血的研究很多,但有关人生长激素(GH)、皮质醇(COR)和白蛋白(Alb)与新生儿身长及体重相关性分析的报告很少见。本文采用RIA法对59冽脐血进行分析,旨在探明上述三种物质与新生儿生长、发育的关系,现将结果报告如下。 对象和方法 一、对象:选择无内科、产科疾病孕妇正常足月顺产的新生儿,其中汉族37例,回族、蒙族和维族共22例。使用带抗凝剂的采血袋,于胎儿娩出后在脐静脉采血50～250ml,随即取血浆3ml,置-20℃待
