18年来我国抽油杆制造厂由2家发展到27家,年生产能力由200万m提高到2693万m,品种由1种发展到12种;有16家普通抽油杆制造厂获得生产许可证,18家制造厂通过ISO9002或ISO9001认证,5家制造厂获得API会标使用权;抽油杆的质量和数量满足了国内油田原油开采的需要,还出口到11个国家;全国已形成由抽油杆制造厂、油田和19个研究单位组成的高水平抽油杆研制队伍,取得了39项科研成果。为了进一步提高我国抽油杆的研制水平,建议把主要力量放在稳定和提高常规抽油杆的生产技术水平上,研制抽油杆锻造机械手、杆头不旋转加工自动线和接箍加工自动线;加大推广应用空心抽油杆、电加热抽油杆、超高强度抽油杆、非调质钢抽油杆、玻璃钢抽油杆、防腐抽油杆和柔性抽油杆的力度;研制超高强度空心抽油杆、摩擦焊接抽油杆、连续抽油杆、螺杆泵专用空心抽油杆和新型超高强度强韧性抽油杆。
In the past 18 years, China’s sucker rod manufacturing plant has grown from 2 to 27 with an annual production capacity increased from 2 million m to 26.93 million m and varieties have grown from 1 to 12 species; 16 ordinary sucker rod manufacturers have obtained manufacturing licenses 18 factories passed ISO9002 or ISO9001 certification and 5 factories obtained the right to use the API monogram. The quality and quantity of sucker rods meet the needs of crude oil exploration in domestic oilfields and are also exported to 11 countries. The country has formed a Sucker rod manufacturing plant, oil field and 19 research units composed of high-level sucker rod research team, has made 39 scientific research achievements. In order to further improve the research level of sucker rod in China, it is suggested that the main force should be placed on stabilizing and improving the production technology of conventional sucker rod, and the sucker rod forging manipulator, Large popularization and application of hollow rod, electric heating rod, ultra-high strength sucker rod, non-quenched and tempered steel sucker rod, fiberglass sucker rod, sucker rod and flexible sucker rod strength; developed ultra-high strength Hollow sucker rod, friction welding sucker rod, continuous sucker rod, screw rod hollow sucker rod and the new ultra-high strength and toughness sucker rod.
